摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effects of different graphite ratios on the initial Coulombic efficiency,discharge voltage platform,rate capability and high temperature cycle performance of batteries,anode materials with different mass ratios of single particle artificial graphite and secondary particle artificial graphite are designed by graphite particle grading technology,a lithium iron phosphate pouch Li-ion battery with a capacity of 3.6 Ah is prepared.When the mass ratio of single particle graphite and secondary particle graphite is 5∶5,the battery exhibits the best performance.The charge capacity ratio of the batteries at 4.00 C to 0.33 C can reach 86.1%,the discharge capacity ratio can reach 91.9%.Under the discharge of rate 0.33 C and 25 ℃,the initial Coulombic efficiency of the battery can reach 93.16%,the discharge voltage platform is 3.241 V.The battery has good cycle performance at high temperatures,the capacity retention rate can still be maintained at 90.68%after 500 cycles at 1.00 C in 2.50-3.65 V under 60 ℃.
