摘要

Abstract

Focusing on the thermal runaway behavior triggered by convective heat transfer,the multidimensional evolution characteristics of thermal-electrical-gas is reviewed through experiments and finite element simulations.The external heat source temperature affects thermal runaway initiation timing:under 600.15 K heat source,thermal runaway occurs 300 s earlier than at 450.15 K with 47%faster temperature rise rate.Sequential exothermic reactions involving solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)film decomposition and electrode/electrolyte interactions dominate the process,releasing characteristic gases(HF,H2,CH4,CO and CO2).H2 emerges as the earliest detectable gas(29 min pre-runaway),offering early warning potential,HF concentrates in post-runaway stages.A strong temporal correlation exists between voltage collapse(3.65 V to 0 V)and terminal temperature spikes.
