弃渣场地震动响应及失稳机制——大型振动台试验与数值模拟
Vibration response and instability mechanism of excavation waste dumps:large shaking table test and numerical simulations

Abstract
To study the vibration response sensitivity and instability mode of sloping slag dump sites,this paper takes sloping slag dumps as the research object,where the results from numerical simulations are compared to the results of shaking table model tests.The numerical simulations consider three major factors:Quaternary overburden,slag body layer,and ground motion of the original slope.Based on these simulations,we study the vibration response law and instability mode of abandoned slag sites,and discuss their instability mechanisms.The results of this study show that:(1)the seismic response of the slag dump site increases with an increase of slag height,slope,inclination angle of the Quaternary layer,and ground motion amplitude and frequency,and decreases with an increase of the thickness of the Quaternary layer.(2)The sensitivities of the influencing factors of the sloping slag dump site in terms of the influencing factors of motion response are preliminarily obtained,which show the inclination angle of the Quaternary layer → the thickness of the Quaternary layer → the slope of the slag → the height of the slag dump(geometric parameters of the slag dump)→ the amplitude of ground motion → the frequency of ground motion → the duration of ground motion(seismic parameters).(3)Combined with the test results,three types of instability modes of slag dump under seismic action were identified:(1)the"slag-overburden interface slip"mode,(2)the"slag vibration collapse"mode,and(3)the"quaternary layer creep slip"mode.Based on the results,slag dumps are mainly affected by slag height,slope,and Quaternary inclination angle under seismic action.The results of this study have important significance for site selection and stacking scheme designs of slag dumps,and the instability mode of the sloping slag dump proposed in this paper can provide a basis for the prevention and control measures of slag dumps.关键词
