Intraoperative organ and structural injuries and functional preservation in laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery

Abstract
With the continuous advancement in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer,the goals of surgical therapy have evolved from solely pursuing radical resection and survival benefits to a dual standard that balances onco-logical radicality with functional preservation.This shift demands that surgeons not only achieve complete tumor removal but also meticulously protect surrounding organs and structures during surgery,aiming to preserve patients'physiological functions and quality of life maximally.In recent years,the rapid development of minimally invasive techniques(e.g.,laparoscopic surgery,robot-assisted surgery)and increased focus on anatomical theory have provided strong technical sup-port for achieving this goal.However,intraoperative complications remain a significant challenge for surgeons.This ar-ticle,focusing on three major procedures-laparoscopic radical right hemicolectomy,radical left hemicolectomy,and radical resection of rectal cancer-discusses common intraoperative organ and structural injuries,offering corresponding insights and countermeasures for exchange with colleagues in the field.关键词
