Abstract
In order to optimize the welding operation of LNG storage tank and improve the safety and service life of the structural parts,the welding construction simulation model of LNG storage tank cylinder and head was established based on the inherent strain method,and the welding deformation and stress variation laws of the structural parts were solved and ana-lyzed.The results show that the welding residual stress is mainly concentrated in the clamping point of the horse plate,the maximum residual stress is 512.5 MPa,and the welding residual deformation is mainly concentrated in the weld area,the maximum deformation is 19.4 mm.In order to reduce residual deformation and stress,the matching state of each component of the LNG storage tank should be adjusted during actual welding to avoid multiple welds intersecting in the same area.The step skip welding method is used for welding,and the stress relief annealing is carried out on the welded structural parts.The conclusion can provide theoretical guidance for optimizing the welding operation of LNG storage tank and prolonging the service life of structural parts.关键词
