Optimal Control Strategy for Offshore Wind Power Cluster Connected to Grid Via HVDC

Abstract
Flexible DC transmission is widely applied in offshore wind power grid connection systems.The integration of offshore wind power into the grid is based on the premise of safety and economy.According to the acceptance capacity of onshore power grids for off-shore wind power clusters and the optimization of economic costs when offshore wind power clusters are connected to the grid,firstly,it proposes an optimized control strategy for the grid connection of offshore wind power clusters via HVDC.It respectively establishes the investment cost model,annual operation and maintenance cost and annual loss cost of offshore wind power clusters.Then,it con-structs the objective function of the integrated cost minimization of the offshore wind power cluster connected to the grid via HVDC,and establishes the constraint conditions to maintain the operation of the power system within the feasible range.Finally,the simulation exam-ple verifies that the proposed optimization control strategy can reduce the system operation cost and maintain the stable operation of the system.关键词
