Abstract
It carries out the valve flow characteristics analysis and optimization for a 330 MW thermal power unit steam turbine.It plots the actual flow characteristics curve and the ideal flow characteristics curve based on the boiler constant pressure operation data and specific parameters.Through calculation and comparison,there is a relatively large nonlinearity between the two curves.It opti-mizes the valve flow function by manual correction to make the actual flow characteristic curve tend to the ideal state.The test results show that the actual flow curve is closer to the ideal flow curve under the optimized valve flow function,and its nonlinearity is less than 2%.Therefore,it improves the quality of the primary frequency modulation and AGC of the unit,and creates higher economic bene-fits on the basis of safe operation.关键词
