县域职校何以服务乡村全面振兴
How Can County-Level Vocational Schools Serve All-Around Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Serving all-around rural revitalization is both the mission and an inherent developmental necessity for county-level vocational schools.However,due to complex realities and policy constraints,their efforts to support all-around rural revitalization do not follow a simple linear process.Significant problems persist in goal setting,resource allocation,and collaborative adaptation.Employing qualitative analysis and utilizing NVivo software to conduct three-level coding on 45 cases in western China,this study constructs a four-tier integrated model for county-level vocational schools'service to all-around rural revitalization.This model encompasses policy drivers,stakeholder coordination,platform support,and action implementation.It further reveals how structural safeguards are established,diverse forces consolidated,practical foundations for action are laid,and specific pathways for objectives achieved within county-level vocational schools'central role in serving all-around rural revitalization.Looking ahead,to advance the dual strategic goals of all-around rural revitalization and building China into a leading country in education,county-level vocational schools should continue to catalyze local policy innovation,enhance the stability of cooperative interest communities,strengthen core institutional capacities,and refine action evaluation mechanisms.关键词
