Abstract

The digital transformation of vocational education aligns with the development needs of county-level prosperity industries through the deep integration of digital technology and systematic innovation in educational models.This process follows a tripartite developmental logic of resource restructuring,structural upgrading,and institutional adaptation.By enabling the optimized restructuring of educational resources,it drives the transformation of vocational education's professional structure,curriculum content,and teaching methods toward high-end,intelligent,and green industrial development,thereby forming an efficient and dynamic mechanism for integration between industry and education.Its intrinsic mechanisms are manifested in:facilitating bidirectional resource flow and complementarity between urban and rural areas to overcome resource barriers;enhancing the precision and foresight of talent cultivation to increase the value of county-level integration between industry and education;and providing sustainable human capital support for the evolution and long-term development of county-level prosperity industries.However,the current practice of empowering these industries through the digital transformation of vocational education still faces multiple obstacles,including inadequate resource allocation channels,a relatively rigid structure in educational supply,and a lack of school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms.It is essential to systematically construct a precise resource-matching system,deepen supply-side structural reforms in vocational education,and innovate a multi-stakeholder collaborative governance framework.This will achieve deep integration between industry and education,ultimately injecting strong talent-driven momentum into the high-quality development of the county-level economies.
