Abstract

In the context of the strategic drive to accelerate the building of a leading country in education,the concept of fostering talents according to one's aptitude aligns with the reform direction of vocational education in the new era.It has emerged as both a pedagogical philosophy and a practical pathway to promote the high-quality development of the modern vocational education system.Emphasizing this approach in vocational education holds significant value in enhancing its adaptability,strengthening its appeal,and facilitating skill development pathways.In advancing high-quality vocational education,the practice of fostering talents according to one's aptitude should respond to national demands for high-skilled talents,adhere to the typological logic of vocational education,and maintain a people-centered essence of education.In practice,vocational colleges should transcend traditional training models,foster students'personalized development,and design aptitude-based curriculum through modular and dynamic curriculum system.They should implement aptitude-oriented teaching by constructing project-based and collaborative instructional models and promote aptitude-aligned evaluation by refining diversified and developmental assessment frameworks.Through these measures,adaptive talent cultivation can be advanced in vocational education,thereby contributing to the building a leading country in education.
