摘要
Abstract
Non medicinal parts of Chinese herbal medicine have the characteristics of wide sources,large re-source reserves and low production costs.Due to its rich content of polysaccharides,flavonoids,volatile oils and other active substances,as well as its obvious anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and anti pathogenic microbial functions,it has attracted much attention.This article provides a comprehensive review of the active ingredi-ents,biological functions and application in livestock and poultry production of non medicinal parts of Chinese herbal medicine,providing theoretical support for their high-value applications.关键词
