Abstract
The earthquake monitoring central station is the fundamental unit of the earthquake system and the forefront of earthquake monitoring,prediction and early warning work.With the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in China,in order to meet the needs of earthquake monitoring in the new era,earthquake stations need to further deepen reforms.The Xinyang Earthquake Monitoring Central Station began to transform to a central station management mode in 2013,optimizing its internal structure on the basis of personnel concentration and innovating its business processes on the basis of information technology construction,systematically promoted the transformation and upgrading of the central station.This article elaborates on a series of reform measures taken by the Xinyang Earthquake Monitoring Central Station in Henan Province since the reform in 2013,taking into account the current situation and the corresponding achievements.关键词
