满洲里市医疗系统职工过敏性疾病流行病学调查
Epidemiologic survey of allergic diseases among employees of the medical system in Manzhouli city

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of allergic diseases among medical staff in Manzhouli,Inner Mongolia,and clarify the epidemiological features of these diseases.METHODS Medical staff aged 18-80 years in Manzhouli were enrolled as research subjects.Electronic questionnaires containing information on age,gender,and other relevant factors were distributed from May 29 to June 20,2024.The prevalence of allergic diseases was compared across different influencing factors.RESULTS A total of 2 523 valid questionnaires were recovered.Among allergic rhinitis,asthma,allergic conjunctivitis and atopic dermatitis,the prevalence rate of allergic rhinitis is the highest at 45.07%,followed by conjunctivitis at 33.13%.The prevalence of the four allergic diseases was significantly higher in individuals with a family history of allergic diseases(i.e.,parents with allergic diseases)than in those without(P<0.01).The frequency of multiple antibiotic use was significantly higher in patients with the four allergic diseases than in non-patients(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Allergic rhinitis is the most prevalent allergic disease among medical staff in Manzhouli.Females,individuals with a family history of allergies,and urban residents are at higher risk of developing allergic diseases.This study provides data support for the prevention and precise treatment of allergic diseases in this region.关键词
