摘要

Abstract

The rail transit sector is transitioning from automation toward intelligence and autonomy,with intelligent perception and high-precision positioning among its core technologies.Intelligent perception enables systems to monitor environmental and equipment conditions,while high-precision positioning provides a reliable spatiotemporal reference.Together,these capabilities support system safety,transport capacity,and overall service quality.Focusing on diverse operational scenarios within rail transit systems,this paper examines the fundamental requirements for both technologies and reviews the principles and applications of traditional perception,intelligent perception as well as multi-source fusion perception techniques for track environments.It also analyzes the limitations of conventional positioning approaches and surveys modern developments in fusion-based positioning techniques.Furthermore,the paper explores four major challenges in current research and applications:spatiotemporal alignment errors,limited adaptability under extreme conditions,multi-system compatibility,and cost control.As rail transit evolves from localized intelligence to multi-source data-driven global intelligence,advances in multi-sensor fusion and high-precision spatiotemporal positioning will equip trains with both environmental cognition and spatial awareness,providing robust support for the intelligent and autonomous transformation of rail transit.
