Construction and Practices of CRRC Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform for Urban Rail Transit Based on"Aizor"Large Model
摘要
Abstract
As urban rail transit operations continue to expand in China,systems have become increasingly complex and operation and maintenance(O&M)pressures have risen.Traditional O&M models that rely on manual inspections and experience-based decision-making can no longer meet requirements for efficient,safe,and low-cost operations.To address this challenge,CRRC Corporation Limited(CRRC)has released the Aizor(Zhuolun)Large Model,which is the first artificial intelligence solution integrating the entire manufacturing chain in the rail transit field.Building on this model,"CRRC Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform for Urban Rail Transit"was constructed.This paper presents the"12436"construction framework of this platform,which comprises 1 intelligent O&M solution package for urban rail vehicles,2 data centers,4 application systems,3 enabling technologies,and 6 simplification and unification principles.It highlights the innovative practices of the developed platform in various aspects,such as multi-source heterogeneous data fusion,AI large model-empowered fault diagnosis,predictive maintenance,and O&M cost optimization.Engineering application results demonstrate that the platform has driven a paradigm shift in O&M models from"planned maintenance"to"condition-based maintenance"and"predictive maintenance",supported by scenario-based large models including"Yuzhi"and"Yujian".This study summarizes a replicable and transferable CRRC solution for building intelligent O&M systems in the rail transit industry to achieve cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and safety assurance.关键词
