波密地区中小地震视应力变化特征分析
Analysis of apparent stress variation characteristics of visual stress changes small-to-medium earthquakes in Bomi area

Abstract
From July to September every year,affected by seasonal rainfall,small-to-medium earthquake activity in the Bomi area is intensive,with the maximum magnitude basically ranging between 4.0 and 4.5.This phenomenon has attracted widespread attention from the government and the public.Therefore,studying the impact of rainfall on seismic activity and stress levels in the Bomi area is of great significance.By collecting data such as the earthquake catalog(ML≥2.0),digital seismic waveforms,and rainfall data in the Bomi area from 2019 to 2023,the seismic apparent stress values were calculated,and the characteristics of seismic apparent stress changes during rainfall periods in different years in the Bomi area were compared and analyzed.The results show that:① The seismic activity in the Bomi area is closely related to the precipitation scale and process in the first half of the year.Earthquake swarm activity occurs during the peak precipitation period generally starting after the end of first significant precipitation process of the year,and the maximum seismic apparent stress value shows a certain positive correlated with the annual rainfall;② The apparent seismic stress in the Bomi area concentration ranges from 0.06-2.53 MPa,with an average apparent stress of 0.46 MPa;③ There is a positive correlation between the apparent stress and earthquakes with ML≥2.0 in the Bomi area;④ The temporal evolution characteristics of apparent seismic stress in Bomi area are as follows:during the occurrence of earthquake swarms,the apparent stress is in a high value state,the stress level in the source area is relatively high,the stress state is unstable during energy release process,and there are fluctuations between high and low values;After the earthquake swarm occurs,the stress level decreases and returns to a stable state.关键词
