Abstract
This study takes the soft soil high slope in the reservoir area of a Nanjing reservoir as the research object.Through comprehensive analysis of field monitoring data and laboratory tests,we systematically investigated the deformation mechanism of the soft soil slope.Distributed optical fiber sensing technology was employed to measure displacements at different soil depths,revealing deformation rates of 1.0 mm/d,0.6 mm/d,and 0.7 mm/d for respective layers.Janbu simplified method calculation indicated the original slope's safety factor was merely 1.11,significantly below the minimum requirement of 1.5 for first-class slopes.The research demonstrates that the failure of the original support system to effectively control deformation,primarily due to anchorage segment failure,was the main cause of slope sliding.The loose structure of soft soil layers and water-induced softening of peat soil served as intrinsic contributing factors,while rainfall infiltration and construction disturbance leading to stress redistribution acted as external triggers.This paper proposes an integrated treatment approach combining drainage,reinforcement,support,counterweight berm,and monitoring.Post-treatment monitoring data confirms the significant improvement in slope stability achieved through this comprehensive solution.关键词
