摘要

Abstract

As a key strategic element,tellurium(Te)plays an irreplaceable role in the fields of photovoltaic solar cells,electronic devices and special alloy materials.With the rapid development of high-tech industries,the global con-sumption of tellurium has increased dramatically.However,the production of tellurium and associated tellurium natu-ral deposits accounts for a very low proportion,which is difficult to meet the needs of rapid industrial development.Recycling tellurium from secondary resources such as copper anode slime and tellurium-containing smelting slag has become a current research hotspot.This paper summarizes the distribution and source of tellurium resources,sys-tematically expounds the advantages and disadvantages and application scope of tellurium recovery processes such as roasting pretreatment and wet leaching process,as well as the characteristics of tellurium separation and recovery processes in leaching solution such as reduction method,extraction method,adsorption method and electrolysis method.In the future,the tellurium recovery process should focus on the optimization of fire pretreatment and wet treatment process,develop new leaching methods,optimize leaching parameters and strengthen leaching process to improve the leaching rate of tellurium and the purity of leaching solution.A more efficient impurity removal method is used to remove specific impurities and reduce the impact on the environment;The flue gas and waste water produced in the process of fire pretreatment and the waste water produced in the process of wet recovery are utilized.
