植物内生菌多样性及其在作物生产中的作用机制研究进展
Research Progress on Diversity of Plant Endophytes and Its Mechanism of Action in Crop Production

Abstract
Plant endophytes are a special microorganism group that forms a long-term symbiotic relationship with host plants.Plant endophytes with the unique ecological niche specificity and diverse biological functions show the obvious diverse differences in different host plants and different tissue parts of the same plant under different ecological environmental conditions,and can provide the probiotic effect on growing development of plants,prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests,and improvement of plant stress resistance by means of multiple pathways,which demonstrates that plant endophytes have a great application and development potential in agriculture production.The action mechanisms of plant endophytes in their functional development are elaborated by presenting species composition and ecological distribution of plant endophytes,deeply analyzing the key factors influencing diversity of plant endophytes and focusing on their application in agricultural production from a multi-dimensional perspective system to provide the theoretical support and practice guidance for efficient exploration,oriented cultivation and large-scale application in sustainable agricultural production of plant endophytes.Plant endophytes with the advantages of the synergistic symbiotic properties with host plants,environmentally friedly,no secondary pollution and alignment with the development needs of green agriculture are of a great significance for promoting transformation of agricultural production towards ecologicalization and sustainability.关键词
