火龙果蔗糖转化酶基因(HuINVs)的全基因组鉴定与分析
Genome-wide Identification and Analysis of Sucrose Invertase Gene(HuINVs)in Pitaya

Abstract
[Objective]The biological characteristics and potential function of sucrose invertases(HuINVs)encoded by pitaya whole genome and their corresponding gene(HuINVs)family were explored to provide a theoretical basis for improving quality of pitaya.[Method]The HuINVs encoded by pitaya whole genome and their corresponding HuINVs genes were screened from red flesh pitaya and yellow pitaya by bioinformatics analysis.The evolutionary relationships,physicochemical properties,sequence features and expression patterns of these HuINVs were systematically analyzed.[Result]A total of 22 HuINVs including 12 cytoplasm invertases(HuCINs),6 cell wall invertases(HuVINs)and 4 vacuolar invertases(HuCWINs)were identified from the proteome of red flesh pitaya.There were minimal differences in physicochemical property and sequence characteristics between HuINVs of the same type.The genetic relationship of sucrose invertase protein between red flesh pitaya and yellow pitaya was closer.There were multiple cis-acting elements in the upstream promoter region of initiation codons of HuINVs.Except for the most common photoresponse cis-acting elements,most cis-acting elements were related to abscisic acid and some cis-acting elements were related to stress response and growing development.There was a difference in expression of HuINVs genes in different tissues.The expression quantity of HuVIN1,HuCIN5 and HuCWIN3 in flowers was higher.The expression quantity of HuINVs genes in fruits was higher than in flower buds and flowers.The expression quantity of HuCIN5 gene reached the highest on the 65th day of fruit development.[Conclusion]The HuINVs of the same type are highly conserved in sequence,and the HuINVs gene expression is of tissue specificity and stage specificity in pitaya.关键词
