摘要
Abstract
Ischemia and hypoxia caused by cerebral vascular stenosis or occlusion constitute the core pathological mechanisms of ischemic stroke.As an important compensatory pathway for blood supply in the body,collateral circulation directly influences the survival time of the ischemic penumbra,the rate of infarct expansion,and the long-term prognosis of patients.This article reviews and analyzes the classification of cerebral collateral circulation and its related hemodynamic basis,CT and MRI-based evaluation of collateral circulation,as well as the pathological basis of collateral circulation in ischemic stroke and its correlation with imaging findings.It is anticipated that future imaging evaluation of collateral circulation will develop toward greater precision,multimodality integration,and intelligence,thereby providing stronger support for individualized patient treatment.关键词
