农业社会化服务赋能粮食生产效率提升的多元路径
Multiple pathways of agricultural socialized services empowering grain production efficiency:An fsQCA analysis using data from 10 Counties in Jiangxi Province

Abstract
In the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and ensuring national food security,agricultural socialized services,as an institutional arrangement linking smallholder farmers with modern agriculture,have increasingly become a critical pathway for improving grain production efficiency.Based on survey data from 552 farm households in 10 counties of Jiangxi Province,this study constructs a Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE)framework and employs fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)together with necessary condition analysis(NCA)to systematically identify multiple configuration paths of agricultural socialized services empowering grain production efficiency.The results reveal that:1)No single factor of agricultural socialized services constitutes a necessary condition for high grain production efficiency,which instead depends on the synergistic configuration of multiple elements.2)High efficiency can be achieved through four typical pathways:platform traction,comprehensive development,policy-driven,and precise adaptation,reflecting significant structural heterogeneity and regional adaptability.3)The empowerment effect of agricultural socialized services essentially stems from the deep integration and dynamic coupling of technological,organizational,and environmental factors.This study enriches the theoretical understanding of the relationship between agricultural socialized services and grain production efficiency,and also provides a policy reference for promoting the optimization of agricultural socialized service system and improving the comprehensive grain production capacity according to local conditions.关键词
