中国农业新质生产力与农产品流通效率的协调机制与效果评价研究
Coordination mechanism between agricultural new quality productivity and agricultural product circulation efficiency in China and evaluation of their effects

Abstract
Developing new quality productivity in agriculture requires addressing both value creation in production and value realization in circulation,fostering coordinated advancement between agricultural new productivity and the efficiency of agricultural product circulation.Based on Marxist circulation theory,this study establishes a theoretical framework for analyzing the coordinated interaction between the agricultural new quality productivity and agricultural product circulation efficiency.Using panel data from 30 provinces of China from 2013 to 2023,we empirically analyze their coordinated development level and spatiotemporal differences via the entropy weight method,coupling coordination model,and spatial econometric methods.Key findings are:1)The coupling coordination level was improved steadily from"on the verge of imbalance"to"barely coordinated"over the study period.It reached a"coordinated"stage in the eastern and central regions,while remained an"imbalanced"stage in the western and northeastern regions.2)Inter-regional differences are the main source for overall variance,being dominated by"east-west"and"east-northeast"gaps.The coupling coordination level also shows significant"high-high"and"low-low"spatial agglomeration.3)Spatial econometric analysis reveals that fiscal support,financial development,land transfer,agricultural opening-up,and a narrowing urban-rural income gap significantly promote coupling coordination,whereas agricultural industrial agglomeration exerts an inhibitory effect.Consequently,future policy should reinforce synergy between agricultural production and circulation,formulate differentiated regional strategies,and implement targeted measures addressing these key factors to achieve efficient coordination in cultivating agricultural new quality productive forces.关键词
