Methodology of county-level territorial space zoning based on territorial complex identification:A case study of Xifeng District,Qingyang City
摘要
Abstract
To address the challenges of element coordination, structural adaptation, and functional conflicts in the high-quality development of county-level territorial space, this study constructs a"resource-population-industry"regional complex theoretical model.Using methods such as weighted kernel density analysis,DBSCAN spatial clustering algorithm, and exploratory spatial data analysis, the study proposes a three-in-one county-level territorial space zoning methodology consisting of"multi-source data fusion, functional element analysis, and spatial clustering analysis."The methodology is empirically applied to Xifeng District,Qingyang City. The results indicate that:1)The proposed zoning method can identify cross-administrative boundary spatial clusters of elements, forming community units for the high-quality development of"resource-population-industry"elements,thus effectively exploring cross-regional"city-town-village"coordinated planning methods.2)Based on the identification of regional complexes, the territorial space of Xifeng District is zoned into urban-rural integration,town-village integration, and rural symbiosis units according to zoning principles, with differentiated development models proposed. The urban-rural integration type accounts for 13.32%,the town-village integration type for 34.29%,and the rural symbiosis type for 52.39%.3)The precise identification of regional complexes within the county effectively solves the problem of extensive zoning and spatial mismatch of elements in county-level territorial space planning.关键词
