G蛋白偶联受体二聚化检测方法研究进展
Research progress on dimerization detection methods of G protein coupled receptors
摘要
Abstract
This article reviews various methods currently available for detecting G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR)dimerization such as biochemistry,biophysics,and structural biology methods,sys-tematically elaborates on the relevant principles and key points,and deeply analyzes their advantages and limitations.In the future,efforts should be focused on developing more sensitive and non-invasive detection methods,while also exploring the combined use of multiple techniques to facilitate the inves-tigation of the role of GPCR dimers in disease occurrence and development,and to provide new ideas for drug design,and to further explore its application potential in crop pest and pest and disease con-trol and animal husbandry.关键词
