小麦NLP转录因子的表达特点及其在不同氮效小麦品种中的差异
Characterization of expression of transcription factor NLP and its difference in wheat varieties with different nitrogen use efficiency

Abstract
[Objective]To identify and analyze expression characteristics of NIN-like protein(NLP)in wheat with different nitrogen use efficiency(NUE),and provide a theoretical basis for improving nitro-gen use efficiency in wheat.[Method]The conserved RWP-RK and PB1 domains of NLPs were used to identify wheat NLP using the WheatOmics 1.0 database,and the chromosome distribution and evo-lutionary relationship of TaNLP were analyzed by bioinformatics software.Transcriptomic data from the high-NUE cultivar Zhoumai27(ZM27)and low-NUE cultivar Aikang58(AK58)wheat under reduced nitrogen(120 kg·hm-2,N8)and normal nitrogen(225 kg·hm-2,N15)conditions were used to analyze the expression characteristics of TaNLP gene family at the jointing stage.[Result]A total of 18 TaNLP genes were identified in wheat,unevenly distributed on the chromosomes A,B and D,and divided into four subfamilies according to evolutionary analysis.Most of TaNLP were located in the nucleus.There was no significant difference in the expression of TaNLP in leaves of different NUE cul-tivars under different nitrogen treatments,whereas distinct expression patterns were detected in roots.TaNLP6D was specifically expressed in the roots of ZM27 under normal nitrogen conditions,while TaNLP4B.2,TaNLP5A2 and TaNLP5D were specifically expressed in the roots of AK58 under reduced nitrogen conditions.The expression levels of TaNLP3A and TaNLP3D were higher in the roots of the ZM27 and AK58 under nitrogen reduction conditions.TaNLP2A and TaNLP2D were positively regu-lated by nitrogen levels in the roots of ZM27,but the opposite expression was shown in the roots of AK58.[Conclusion]There were significant differences in root expression among NLP family members of different nitrogen-efficient wheat varieties,and their expression were affected by nitrogen application,indicating these genes play an important role in regulating root nitrogen uptake at wheat seedling stage.关键词
