生物炭与多黏类芽孢杆菌配施对辣椒根际土壤微生态的影响
The effect of combined application of biochar and Paenibacillus polymyxa on the microecology of pepper rhizosphere soil

Abstract
[Objective]From the perspectives of pepper rhizosphere soil microecology,plant growth,and blight disease control,the effects of biochar and plant rhizosphere growth-promoting bacterium Paenibacillus polymyxa on pepper rhizosphere soil microecology were discussed.[Method]The effects of combined application with biochar and Paenibacillus polymyxa on the microbial diversity and soil enzyme activities in the rhizosphere of pepper,the growth and yield of pepper plants,and the control effect of pepper blight were determined through pot experiments and field experiments.[Result]In the pot experiment,the combined application of biochar and plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria sig-nificantly promoted the growth of pepper,increased the chlorophyll content and root activity,and achieved a disease control efficacy of 60.85%against pepper blight.In field experiment,the combined application of biochar with plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria significantly increased the activities of urease,phosphatase,sucrase and catalase in pepper rhizosphere soil,increased the available nitrogen and phosphorus contents,and significantly changed the community structure of bacteria and fungi in pepper rhizosphere soil.In addition,the contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar and protein content of pepper fruits were significantly increased,leading to a yield increase of 14.63%.[Conclusion]The combined application of biochar and plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria can regulate the microeco-logical environment of pepper rhizosphere soil,which has great potential for promoting plant growth and preventing pepper blight.关键词
