高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蜡瓶糖中大麻酚、大麻二酚、四氢大麻酚
Determination of Cannabinol,Cannabidiol,and Tetrahydrocannabinol in Wax Bottle Sugar by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
A high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the simultaneous determination of cannabinol,cannabidiol,and tetrahydrocannabinol in wax bottle sugar.After the sample was dissolved and extracted in methanol,a gradient elution was performed using a 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution methanol mixture,Kinetex®F5 chromatographic column separation,determination in electrospray ion source,multi reaction monitoring mode,external standard method quantification.The results showed that cannabinol,cannabidiol,and tetrahydrocannabinol had a good linear relationship over the concentration range of 1~100 ng/mL,with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.999 84~0.999 93.The detection limit was 0.34~1.21 μg/kg,and the quantification limit was 1.12~4.02 μg/kg.The recovery rate of the method was 90.1%~112.1%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.4%~2.8%.This method is simple,efficient,and sensitive,suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of cannabinol,cannabidiol,and tetrahydrocannabinol in wax bottle sugar,and can provide reliable technical support for food safety supervision and public security drug law enforcement.关键词
