摘要

Abstract

Urethral stricture is a common and complex urological disease,the pathogenesis of which is the fibrosis of the urethral tissue after injury,leading to obstruction of urinary flow and even urinary tract dysfunction.With the development of modern medical technology,treatment methods are becoming more and more diversified.This paper systematically reviews the minimally invasive treatment strategies for urethral strictures and the progress of regenerative medicine,focusing on the indications and efficacy of minimally invasive methods,such as urethral dilatation,drug-coated balloon,urethral internal incision,urethroplasty,bi-directional lumbaroscopy,stenting,and perineal urethrostomy,as well as exploring the potential value of tissue-engineered scaffolds and stem cell therapies in the restoration of the urethra.Tissue engineering technology,by constructing biofunctionalized scaffolds and combining them with seed cells,demonstrates the application prospect of reconstructing urethral function and reducing fibrosis recurrence.Regenerative medicine is providing more precise,minimally invasive,and individualized treatment options for complex urethral strictures,although clinical translation still faces challenges such as material optimization,standardized practice protocols,and long-term efficacy evaluation.The aim of this article is to provide an evidence-based basis for clinical decision-making and to indicate future research directions.
