国际实践理论视角下的南南合作
The Evolution of South-South Cooperation from the Perspective of International Practice Theory

Abstract
After a period of relative dormancy,South-South Cooperation,which originated from the Bandung Conference,has regained vitality in the new century,introducing a series of innovative collaborative practices.Existing studies have explained the historical evolution of South-South Cooperation and the drivers of its resurgence in the new century from perspectives such as power competition,functionalist cooperation,and identity and norm construction.However,these explanations are based on"representational knowledge"and have insufficiently addressed how South-South Cooperation,as an international practice,has evolved dynamically.Drawing on international practice theory,this paper argues that South-South Cooperation operates within specific fields,driven by background knowledge,and unfolds through three concrete practices under the framework of dominant practices:innovative development financing methods,knowledge sharing,and infrastructure construction.Discursive practices such as"mutual benefit and win-win cooperation""non-interference in internal affairs"consolidate identity consensus,and together with the anchoring practice propel the evolution of South-South Cooperation.From the perspective of international practice theory,this paper enriches the theoretical perspectives for understanding South-South Cooperation,addresses the gap in existing research regarding its dynamic processes,and contributes to rethinking development theories based on Western experiences.It aims to provide insights for the Global South to better participate in global development governance.关键词
