周至县猕猴桃出口及深加工产业链高质量发展的策略研究
Strategies for High-Quality Development of Kiwifruit Export and Deep Processing Industrial Chain in Zhouzhi County

Abstract
Zhouzhi County is known as the"Hometown of Chinese Kiwifruit",with an area of 432 000 mu of kiwifruit planting,an annual production of 550 000 tons,and 15 000 tons of fresh kifruit exported in 2024,accounting for 2.7％of the fresh fruit production,kiwifruit has become a pillar industry to enrich the people and strengthen the county.After decades of development,various restrictive factors still exist in the large-scale expansion and high-quality development of the kiwifruit industry in Zhouzhi County.In order to promote the high-quality development Zhouzhi County's kiwifruit export and deep processing industry chain,through in-depth and meticulous investigation and research,the current situation of Zhouz kiwifruit industry development,the existing problems in the development of kiwifruit export and deep processing industry chain were analyzed,and the Zhouzhi kiwif industry upgrading scheme based on the"Four Verticals and Three Horizontals"model is proposed,that is,vertically breaking through"focusing on the four major value modules improving quality at the planting end,increasing value at the processing end,expanding capacity at the market end,and empowering the leading enterprises";horizontally integrating"strengthening the empowerment channels,establishing a policy coordination mechanism,establishing a digital infrastructure network,and establishing a brand matrix system".关键词
