朱才丰教授灸法治疗轻度认知障碍经验撷要
Clinical experience of Professor ZHU Caifeng's moxibustion therapy for mild cognitive impairment
摘要
Abstract
Professor ZHU Caifeng proposes that the pathogenesis of mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is rooted in deficiency of kidney yang,with phlegm-blood stasis complex as the secondary manifestation.The brain is the pri-mary affected site,and its pathogenesis is closely related to kidney,forming a systematic axis through the connection between the brain,kidney,and human consciousness and mental state via the Conception and Governor Vessels.Pro-fessor ZHU emphasizes that moxibustion exerts therapeutic effects by regulating nutritive and defensive systems,Yin and Yang,and establishes a novel spirit-regulating approach for MCI treatment,guided by the principle of"reinfor-cing deficiency and reducing excess".This approach integrates the dual goals of"tonifying the kidney and nouri-shing the brain"and"warming and unblocking the Governor Vessel".Specifically,moxibustion focuses on acu-points along the Conception and Governor Vessels,which interconnect four innovative therapeutic areas:the Yang-Lifting area,the Yang-Perfusing area,the Fire-Reinforcing area,the Yin-Yang Fortifying area.Professor ZHU's unique moxibustion system synergizes inheritance and innovation,research and development,significantly enhancing the clinical efficacy of MCI treatment by moxibustion.关键词
