黑龙江上游秋季浮游植物群落结构特征及多样性
Structural characteristics and diversity of phytoplankton in the upper reaches of the Heilongjiang River in autumn

Abstract
This study conducted an investigation into the structural characteristics and diversity of the phytoplankton community in the upper reaches of Heilongjiang River(from Luoguhe Village to Huma County)in the autumn of 2022.A total of 104 phytoplankton species belonging to 7 phyla were identified,of which the diatom phylum had the most species,accounting for 67.3%of the total number of species,followed by the green algae,accounting for 21.2%.The cell density of phytoplankton was 3.12×107 Cells/L,and diatom cell density accounted for the highest proportion(87.3%).The dominant species were mainly Cyclotella meneghiniana,Synedra acus,A sterionella for-mosa,Fragilaria brevistriata,Cocconeis placentula,Chlorella vulgaris and Chlamydomonas ovalis.The analysis of phytoplankton diversity index showed that the mean value of phytoplankton richness index(D)in the upper Hei-longjiang River was 5.47±1.14,the evenness index(J)was 0.69±0.20,and the diversity index(H′)was 3.28±0.87.This study reveals the spatial distribution characteristics and diversity of the phytoplankton community structure in the upper reaches of the Heilongjiang River during autumn.These findings provide a scientific basis for the protection and management of the river ecosystem in the upper reaches of the Heilongjiang River.关键词
