Exploring the distribution patterns and characteristics of sinew nodes in periarthritis of the shoulder based on meridian-sinew theory
摘要
Abstract
Based on the meridian-sinew theory,this study focuses on the characteristics of sinew lesions in periarthritis of the shoulder and integrates local anatomical features of muscles and tendons in modern anatomy.It systematically analyzes and summarizes the identification methods and distribution patterns of sinew nodes in periar-thritis of the shoulder,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for precise localization of therapeutic targets and opti-mization of acupuncture point selection in clinical practice.In clinical treatment,practitioners may first identify sinew nodes through positive response points by palpation,Ashi points,and affected sinew pathways,then confirm their locations by combining modern anatomical landmarks and meridian-sinew distribution routes.Subsequent appli-cation of acupuncture,needle-knife therapy,or massage techniques to release these sinew nodes can effectively en-hance clinical outcomes.关键词
