圈桶控温养殖大口黑鲈试验
Experimental study on temperature-controlled culture of Micropterus salmo-ides in circular buckets

Abstract
To address the issue that low winter temperatures in Jiangxi region hinder the growth of largemouth black bass(Micropterus salmoides),this study explored an efficient winter culture mode for this species.The aim was to promote the sustainable development of the largemouth black bass aquaculture industry in Jiangxi and provide a ref-erence for efficient culture in regions with similar climate conditions.A suitable culture environment was created through greenhouse insulation and deep well water temperature regulation,combined with circular tank culture fa-cilities and a"three ponds and two dams"tail water treatment system.This approach enabled year-round growth of largemouth black bass and achieved three batches of culture within two years.For the first batch,67,500 finger-lings were stocked with an average size of 96.7 g/fish.After a culture period of approximately 7 months,the har-vested fish had an average size of 0.48 kg,with a total yield of 26,788 kg.The average selling price was 31.4 yuan/kg,with a total investment of 556,000 yuan and revenue of 841,000 yuan.For the second batch,65,000 fingerlings were stocked with an average size of 103.4 g/fish.After about 8 months of culture,the average size of the harvested fish was 0.51 kg,with a total yield of 26,412 kg.The average selling price was 30.2 yuan/kg,in-volving an investment of 538,000 yuan and revenue of 797,000 yuan.For the third batch,66,000 fingerlings were stocked with an average size of 100.2 g/fish.After an 8-month culture period,the average size of the harvested fish was 0.46 kg,with a total yield of 27,324 kg.The average selling price was 30.8 yuan/kg,with an investment of 563,000 yuan and revenue of 841,000 yuan.For the three batches combined,the total investment was 1,657,000 yuan,total revenue was 2,480,000 yuan,total profit was 823,000 yuan,and the input-output ratio was 1:1.49.This temperature-controlled culture technology in Jiangxi can realize continuous year-round culture of largemouth black bass,meet market demand in different seasons,reduce the idleness of aquaculture facilities in winter and spring,and achieve better economic benefits through staggered harvest and sales.关键词
