Abstract
Based on the structural analysis of marine energy fixed capital(CAPEX)and operating cost(OPEX),combined with their impact on the levelized electricity cost(LCOE),this paper studies the technical and economic cost related issues by selecting projects in tidal flow energy operation at home and abroad as typical cases.Based on the analysis of tidal current technology development trend and cost,combined with the life cycle cost management process of tidal current array,different cost reduction ways of tidal curr-ent energy are discussed.Considering the complexity of each factor involved in influencing the cost and its own value uncertainty,the best way to optimize the cost of flow energy is proposed.It is concluded that in order to improve the economic benefits of ocean energy industry,policies should focus on solving the financing problems of ocean energy projects,improve subsidy and support policies,and reduce the impact of CAPEX on LCOE.In the short term,the problem of high cost of tidal energy investment can be solved by providing subsidies,and more importantly,emphasizing the importance of ocean energy technology to penetrate the industrial chain,and improving competitiveness by reforming electricity prices in the medium and long term.关键词
