辽宁省法治渔村评估指标体系构建研究
A Study on the Construction of Assessment Indicator System for Rule of Law Fishing Villages in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
The development of law-based governance in rural areas serves as an institutional guarantee for the modernization of the rural governance system and capacity,and is of great significance for advancing rural revitalization.As an important component of rural areas,the fishing villages in Liaoning Province require the establishment of an evaluation indicator system for law-based governance to meet the needs of such development and thereby promote the process of building law-based fishing villages.This evaluation index system integrates the current status and challenges of law-based governance in Liaoning's fishing villages,while structuring the indicator content across three dimensions:the autonomous regulatory system,the legal implementation system,and the legal supervision system of law-based fishing villages.This approach helps to accurately reflect the effectiveness of law-based governance in Liaoning's fishing villages and identify issues in the process,thereby contributing to the realization of rural revitalization in the province's fishing communities.关键词
