摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the expression of peroxidase proliferator-activated receptor γ(Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors γ,PPARγ)in the reproductive organs of rams before sexual maturity,prepubertal male sheep were used as the research subjects.And the parameters of testes,epididymis and vas deferens were measured.Immunohistochemistry,fluorescence quantitative PCR and immunoblotting were used to detect the expression and localization of PPARγ in the reproductive organs of the male sheep before sexual maturity.The results showed that the testicular weight,longitudinal axis length,vas deferens length,transverse axis length and epididymal weight in the large testicular group were significantly higher than those in the small testicular group(P<0.05).PPARγ protein was expressed in sertoli cells,mesenchymal cells,spermatogenic cells at all levels,and epididymis and vas deferens of epidimelial cells,spermatozoa and cilia.The expression levels of PPARγ mRNA and protein in the testis,vas deferens,caput epididymidis,corpus epididymidis and cauda epididymidis in the large testis group were higher than those in the small testis group.It is speculated that PPARγ may be related to testicular development and is a key factor affecting the reproductive performance of sheep,and provide a new path for revealing the process of spermatogenesis and development.
