典型海湾型城市生态保护修复比较研究
Comparative Analysis of Ecological Conservation and Restoration in Representative Bay Cities

Abstract
The ecological protection and restoration of bay cities represents a global challenge.This paper investigates three representative bay cities:San Francisco Bay(USA),Tokyo Bay(Japan),and Xiamen Bay(China).Using methods such as literature review,comparative analysis,and logical reasoning,it thoroughly explores the ecological conservation and restoration processes in these cities.On this basis,the paper distills the general patterns and experiences in the evolution of ecological protection and restoration in bay cities.From a global perspective,it provides an in-depth analysis of the advanced and pioneering approaches in Xiamen Bay's ecological restoration,focusing on three critical dimensions:guiding principles and concepts,governance mechanisms and models,and governance capacities and levels.For the future ecological protection and restoration of bay type cities,the paper proposes six outlooks and suggestions,emphasizing the need to adhere to the"land-sea coordination"principle,draw lessons from the international experience of Integrated Coastal Zone Management(ICZM),and fully leverage and promote China's innovative wisdom in marine governance.The research aims to provide references and practical insights for conducting high-level ecological protection and restoration in bay type cities worldwide,improving the health and well-being of residents,and promoting the coordinated development of human-environment relationships in coastal areas.关键词
