摘要
Abstract
Mushroom residue is one of the waste products generated during the production of edible mushrooms.In recent years,with the increase in the cultivation scale of edible mushroom in China,the amount of mushroom residue produced in the production process of edible mushrooms has also increased,and its application in feed has received widespread attention.In this paper,the substrate composition and nutrient content of Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue were elaborated,and the current application status of these residues in the production of broilers,rabbits,pigs,sheep,cattle,and other animals,as well as their impact on the economic benefits of the livestock and poultry industry was summarized in order to provide a reference for the application of mushroom residue in animal production.关键词
