不同石榴品种根际土壤微生态特征及功能预测研究
Study on Rhizosphere Soil Microecological Characteristics and Functional Prediction of Different Pomegranate Cultivars

Abstract
This study investigates the effects of different pomegranate cultivars on rhizosphere soil enzyme activity,nutrients,microorganisms,and related functions.Five pomegranate cultivars with Crystal(G16),Huili(G17),Red-Skin Sour(G19),Yellow-Skin Sweet(G21),and Haitang(G24)were selected.SPSS software was used to analyze the significance of differences in soil enzyme activities and nutrients among cultivars,as well as the correlations with microbial community structure and common bacterial genera.Bacterial functions were predicted using PICRUSt.The results showed that alkaline phosphatase activity was highest in G16,total phosphorus and available phosphorus content were highest in G19,organic carbon content was highest in G21,total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen content,sucrase activity,and urease activity were highest in G24,nitrate ni-trogen was predominantly found in G16,G17,and G24,soil pH was alkaline across all cultivars.No significant differences were observed in species richness or evenness of rhizosphere soil bacterial communities among cultivars.At the phylum level,Pro-teobacteria,Actinobacteriota,and Acidobacteriota were dominant,though their relative abundances varied by cultivar.At the genus level,there were seven common genera(Sphingomonas,Streptomyces,and RB41)and six differential genera(El-lin6067,Pseudarthrobacter).Furthermore,soil bacterial functions were primarily associated with pathways such as carbohy-drate metabolism,amino acid metabolism,cofactor and vitamin metabolism,energy metabolism,and membrane transport.Dif-ferent pomegranate cultivars influence rhizosphere soil enzyme activity,nutrient levels,and the abundance and diversity of bacteria,thereby affecting pomegranate growth and quality.Therefore,in pomegranate cultivation,suitable cultivars can be selected based on soil fertility conditions and target yields to optimize the rhizosphere soil environment,improve yield and quality,and provide a theoretical basis for refined pomegranate cultivation.关键词
