直肠癌术后永久性肠造口患者病耻感影响因素分析
Analysis of factors influencing stigma in patients with permanent colosto-my after rectal cancer surgery

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors and nursing measures of stigma in patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients with permanent enterostomy after rectal cancer surgery admitted to the Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Nanchang from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and their sense of stigma was evaluated by the social impact scale(SIS).In addition,data such as the age and gender of the patients were collected to explore the relevant factors influencing the stigma of such patients and the nursing measures.Results The total SIS score of 96 patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer surgery was(62.69±3.41)points,the results of univariate analysis showed that cultural level,anxiety,so-cial support,hope level,and level of communication with nursing staff were related to patients' level of stigma,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that high school education or below,anxiety,average level of social support,low level of hope,and less communication with nursing staff were independent risk factors for increased stigma levels in patients with permanent enterostomy after rectal cancer surgery(P＜0.05).Conclusion High school education and below,anxiety,average social support level,low hope level,and lack of com-munication with nursing staff are independent risk factors for the level of stigma in patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer surgery.关键词
