金刺梨扦插生根质量的关键影响因子研究
Study on Key Influencing Factors of Rooting Quality in Rosa sterilis Cuttings
摘要
Abstract
To improve the rooting quality of Rosa sterilis cuttings,an orthogonal experiment L9(34)was conducted for cutting propagation.The results showed that the substrate had a greater impact on the rooting rate than the type of hormone,soaking time,or number of retained buds.Test group No.9(A3B3C2D1)was identified as the optimal treatment,with a substrate ratio of yellow core soil:perlite:vermiculite=1:1:1,the plant rooting agent ABT rooting powder,a soaking time of 2 h,and 2 re-tained buds.This combination achieved a rooting rate of 94.03％,along with the highest root length,root number,and com-prehensive rooting quality index,and recommended for production and application.关键词
