Construction of the model of disaster rescue field hospital nursing capacity
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct a model of nursing capability for disaster rescue field hospital.Methods Based on the capability model,a literature search and discussion were used to initially compile the framework of the model.Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were used to determine the indicators and the importance of each indicator.Results After 2 rounds of expert consultation with an effective recovery rate of 100％,the expert consultation authority coefficient was 0.85,the judgment coefficient was 0.3,the familiarity degree was 0.76,and the model with 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 29 third-indicators was formed.After testing,the coordination coefficient of the first-level,second-level,third-level,and total indicators was 0.511,0.471,0.535,and 0.506,respectively,with a good degree of coordination.Conclusion The credibility of the was relatively high from the experts' enthusiasm,authority,and consistency confirmation of the indicators.The establishment of the model provided a reference basis for the selection,training,and development of in disaster rescue field hospitals and provided a scientific basis for the evaluation of their nursing rescue capabilities.关键词
