Establishment of post competency evaluation system for pharmacists in Chinese medicine hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct a service competency evaluation model for pharmacists in Chinese medicine hospital,and to provide reference for talent cultivation and comprehensive evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists.Methods Based on the review of academic literature and relevant policy documents,the Delphi expert consultation method was used to determine the set of competency evaluation indicators for pharmacists in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.The weights of each indicator were determined using the analytic hierarchy process and consistency tests were conducted.Results A competency evaluation system for traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy pharmacists was established,which in-cluded six primary indicators such as professional ethics,comprehensive ability,and scientific and educational ability,as well as 32 secondary indicators such as job dedication,internal drive,and research ability.Expert authority coefficient Cr was 0.906,Kendall's W was 0.402(P＜0.001),and the consistency ratio(CR)of both primary and secondary indicators was＜0.1.And the relative weight coefficients of pharmaceutical knowledge,pharmaceutical skills,and professional ethics in the first level indicators were significantly higher than other indicators,reflecting the emphasis of the requirements for pharmacists in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies.Conclusion The constructed competency evaluation model for pharmacists in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies could serve as a basis for assessing the competency of pharmacists in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies,and also provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in stimulating the personal value of pharmacists and improv-ing the quality of pharmaceutical work.关键词
