Abstract

This paper takes the psychological services of adolescents and children in Hohhot City as the core research ob-ject,focusing on the current situation of anxiety,depression and other mental health problems of local adolescents and children caused by academic pressure,family environment changes,and social adaptation problems.At the same time,it faces the problems of insufficient resource integration due to the scattered resources of psychological diagnosis and treatment in the medical system,the weak mental health education system in the education system,the data between the two systems,and the service connection fault.It also faces the fragmentation dilemma of incomplete coverage,scattered and lack of continuity of psychological services for special groups such as left-behind children and children in need.To explore the construction and practice path of the medical education synergy model in the local area.By systematically analyzing the pain points of the current situation and the practical necessity of implementing the medical-education synergy model,the paper clarified the goal of integrating resources from health care,education,civil affairs,women's federation and other departments to realize the transformation from single service to integration,and designed the government's overall leadership.The organizational structure consists of the health department providing professional medical support,the education department responsible for the implementation of campus services,and the coordination of related functional departments.The core service content of the whole process covers campus psychological testing and prevention education,multi-dimensional professional evaluation,grading and classification intervention,and cross-agency precise referral.It also puts forward practical paths such as establishing a dynamic information sharing and collaboration mechanism,strengthening the training of complex professionals,and exploring diversified service methods combining online counseling and offline services,so as to effectively improve the accessibility,professionalism and systematization of mental health services for adolescents and children in Hohhot City.Provide a set of solutions that fit the local reality and have distinct regional characteristics.
