蓝莓接种苗促生效应对水分调控的响应研究
Study on the Growth-promoting Effects of Inoculated Blueberry Seedlings in Response to Water Regulation

Abstract
To investigate the response of inoculated blueberry seedlings to water regulation,one year old tissue cultured blue-berry seedlings and one endophytic fungus(Penicillium citrinum strain)were used as experimental materials in a pot experi-ment.The effects of water regulation treatments at intervals of 1 d(T1),3 d(T3),5 d(T5),and 7 d(T7)on root colonization and growth-physiological characteristics of blueberry seedlings inoculated with mycorrhizal fungi were analyzed.The results showed that different water regulation treatments significantly affected root colonization,seedling growth,and physiological characteristics of inoculated blueberry seedlings.Among the treatments,T3 exhibited better performance in terms of root colo-nization rate,seedling height,ground diameter,root morphology,total biomass,light-response parameters,and root activity,followed by T5.Apart from ground diameter,leaf biomass,chlorophyll content,and root activity,all other indicators were lower in the T1 treatment.The comprehensive evaluation scores for the growth-promoting effects of inoculated blueberry seed-lings under different water regulation treatments,in descending order,were T3,T5,T7,and T1.Considering the changes in colonization rate and growth-physiological indicators of inoculated blueberry seedlings,water regulation at intervals of 3-5 d was recommended for optimal growth and development of inoculated blueberry seedlings.关键词
