Abstract

Objective To explore the application effectiveness of outcome-based education(OBE)guided-learning interac-tive teaching(BOPPPS)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in clinical pharmacy internship teaching.Methods A to-tal of 30 fifth-year clinical pharmacy students interning at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from July 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group using a lottery method,with 15 students in each group.The control group used OBE+CBL,while the experimental group used OBE+BOPPPS+CBL.Teaching satisfaction,theoretical knowledge,medical record writing,and clinical practice scores were compared between the two groups.Results The post-test scores,medical record writing,and clinical practice scores in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the pre-test theoretical knowledge score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The integrated application of OBE,BOPPPS,and CBL in clinical pharmacy internships leverages their respective strengths,providing an innovative approach and practical model for the reform of clinical pharmacy internship training.However,further validation with larger samples is still required in the future.
