Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of multidimensional mental rehabilitation based on club activities in female patients with schizophrenia in the recovery period.Methods A total of 90 women with schizophrenia in the recovery period treated at the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the experimental group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation care for schizophrenia,while the experimental group received multidimensional mental rehabilitation intervention based on club activities.The positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores,self-esteem scale(SES)scores,inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation assessment scale(IPROS)scores,and quality of life scale(SQLS)scores of schizophrenia patients in the recovery period were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the PANSS,IPROS,and SQLS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the SES score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Adopting multi-dimensional mental rehabilitation based on club activi-ties to intervene in female patients with schizophrenia during the recovery period can improve their mental symptoms,self-esteem level,social function,and quality of life.关键词
