Abstract

In order to clarify the application method of agricultural Jiaosu in ecological cultivation production and establish the prediction model with exact mathematical relation of the dilution ratio of agricultural Jiaosu and their pH value and EC value,the agricultural Jiaosu fermented with four different substrates,apple Jiaosu,mixed Jiaosu,tomato Jiaosu and tobacco Jiaosu,were selected as the research object,and the diluent was prepared with distilled water according to the dilution gradi-ent.Based on the measured pH value and EC value,curve fitting was performed.The results showed that the high-precision fitting curves of pH value(YpH)with dilution times(x)all followed the Rsymptotic Regression Model:YpH=α-(α-β)e(-θx),and the high-precision fitting curves of EC value(MEC)with dilution times(x)all followed the Exponential Decay Model:MEC=ae-bx+c,and the mathematical formula for the dilution required to set the target pH(Y')and target EC value(M')is x'=-1/θlnα-Y'/α-β and x'=-1/blnM'-c/a,respectively.According to the above prediction model,through optimizing the param-eters,the mathematical formula and specific application method based on pH values and EC values for the change of differ-ent types of agricultural Jiaosu with dilution times were obtained,suggesting that the agricultural Jiaosu should follow the overall effect principle of"dilution application,small amount of multiple times,low times of dilution for inhibitory bacteria,high times of dilution for catalytic"in the ecological cultivation application.
